Fantastic location, not that far from the city center and near to some kind transportation to there; the place was extremely clean, good Wi-Fi

Helpful staff and central location. Quick access to metro rocafort and other tourist points. We ate at la wera cocina mex, which is only 100 m away, it suited our needs.

Close to metro stations, and near to all restaurants))) Superb value

We enjoyed our time at the hotel, THANKS. A good choice for exploring Barcelona. Eixample Theatre was around the corner.

Totally disappointed

hotel has many rooms with doors adjacent to other rooms and we got one of them. At 2am we were woken up by loud knocks from the foreign tourists who had stayed and were apparently partying in the next room making a continuous screaming noise in and out of the room, did not let us sleep until they left at 5am to catch their flight. We complained to the reception up to three times at 2:10am, 3:40am and 5:00am and they did not do anything at all to solve the situation. we left in the morning we complained again and only thing we received was a soft apology to the receptionist saying that they had all the rooms full and they could not have given us another type of room even if they had wanted to. It was the second time that I stayed in this hotel for a business trip with the prospect of being able to continue doing so because of the proximity and I had to start the day having slept a little more than three and a half hours. I don't think we will come back because they didn't even have the detail to offer us some kind of compensation for the inconveniences that were many.

Location, large comfortable bed, cleaning every day, large rooms.

Traveled in late July 2018. The hotel is very good. The rooms are clean and have everything you need from toiletries. The beds are very comfortable. A variety of pillows in shape and thickness on the beds. The location of the hotel is very good. 20 minutes walk to Plaza España, 20 minutes walk to Plaza Catalunya. In general, I advise this hotel.

Breakfast could be more varied. What was on the buffet was usually not very good. The only good thing about the kitchen was the baked goods. And of course what was very upsetting was the almost total absence of wai-fi. I mean, it is, but it only works in the lobby. Although they said it should work in the rooms, too.

Perfect location, price/value combination, very clean in the room.

I am not the person who wake up early in the morning, that's why the noise which maids produced every morning was too loud! General impression is very good, but small details did not allowed to make it perfect. The door to the bathroom did not stay in closed position, always opened by itself. Free wifi connection was not proper in our room which was on the 7th floor. In the lobby - much better. Did not try the breakfast, that's why I have no comments. But there are a lot of small cafes around the hotel to have relaxing morning with cup of coffee and more...

10 minute walk from centre, great hotel, desk in the room for laptop or business centre with computer on each floor & free wifi. Fantastic value for money

The staff was extemely professional, friendly and helpful.

It was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful. It was centrally located so I could get everywhere walking and take the subway easily.

I thought it was too bad that using the fitness room was included in the 10 Euros per room charge for using the spa facilities. It should be free to use the treadmill and weights. And the rooftop pool was nice but being surrounded by all the apartments windows, it does not feel at all private.

Restaurant menu not good value

Clean big room, very good location. In ten minutes wr could get anywhere in the city or to a well connected metro. Easy. Good hotel, good breakfast.

The bathroom did not have a lock, and the glass door kept opening.

very nice room for twins bed

The room size and contemporary style was wonderful. The location was quiet and close to shopping, trains and bars. Highly recommend this hotel for the value and quality, thanks for a great stay while in Barcelona.

The breakfast buffet was the only disappointment, the automatic espresso machine created mediocre drinks.
